One session is $75

Class descriptions:
Personal Safety and Threat Awareness – This course is a non-physical seminar instilling the mindset to become the predator for good instead of the prey. Personal safety and awareness will be taught through threat profiling skills, awareness techniques, anti-stalking tactics, and mindset principles that you will possess to protect yourself and loved ones for life.

Self-defense 1 and 2 – This physical course is the most easily retained, simple to learn, yet most effective personal defense taught. Using pre-contact cues, managing distance, defensive framing, defending from a punch, choke, grab, or utilizing defensive striking. These techniques have been taught to officers in some of the most dangerous prisons and now are available to you.

You can buy 1, 2 or all 3 classes. All classes are standalone (you don’t have to take one to take another) but it’s helpful.

Classes are non-refundable. Classes can be transferred to another person, but no refunds are offered.

All students are invited to come back and review a class you’ve taken for FREE if you bring a friend.
