WHERE TO MEET: Your fellow Beach Ambassadors will be at the Treasure Island Chamber of Commerce Kiosk located in front of Gulf Coast Laundry (119 107th Ave, Treasure Island, FL 33706) with supplies, give-aways and parking passes. Stop by for directions to your location as well as parking information. ** *If you do not need supplies, or parking please go directly to your “ticketed” location. We will be there from 6:00-7:00 PM
WHAT TO WEAR/BRING: Please wear closed toe shoes and clothing you don’t mind getting dirty. We recommend brining water, as well! Bringing your own supplies? Trash bags, gloves, shovel to fill in holes.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE WHILE YOU ARE THERE: Go to our event FB page ( https://www.facebook.com/treasureislandadoptabeach ) and post a selfie or group shot showing what you are collecting and pix of other collectors you meet along the way! Or text pix to Carrie (215-694-6692)
In partnership with Keep Pinellas Beautiful (KPB), we are dedicated to engaging community members to “adopt” an area of Treasure Island for beach cleanups. We have assigned areas (see images below)
