The Pinellas Beaches Chamber is thrilled to announce that our beloved Merry Beach Market Holiday Festival has grown!
This year, the festival promises to be more magical than ever as we’ve extended the festivities to a two-day event, allowing even more time for fun, food, and celebration of the season. Mark your calendars for December 13th and 14th, as the Merry Beach Market transforms Madeira Beach into a vibrant hub of holiday cheer bringing a weekend filled with joy, shopping, entertainment, and holiday spirit.
Over 150 local vendors will delight holiday shoppers with a diverse array of handmade crafts, unique gifts and one-of-a-kind seasonal decorations. Two days of live entertainment will keep the energy level high, and food and beverage stands will be in place to help fuel the festive atmosphere. A few special treats at the Merry Beach Market is a specular fireworks show on Friday evening and Saturday’s viewing of the 58th annual Madeira Beach Lighted Boat Parade.
“The Merry Beach Market is the Pinellas Beaches Chamber’s way of supporting our local vendors & businesses while bringing a fun, family friendly event into Madeira Beach leading up to the holidays,” said Chamber president Barry Rubin. “It offers a relaxed holiday shopping experience, with the added ‘gift’ of everything fun about a festival.”

2024 VENDOR INFORMATION
Dates & 🕒 Times
Friday, December 13th – 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Saturday, December 14th– 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm
📍 Event Location
ROC Park, Madeira Beach Recreational Complex. 200 Rex Place Madeira Beach
Vendor Check-In
- Vendors must arrive at assigned load-in time; a scheduled load in time will be emailed to you.
- Load in times will stagger to allow for vehicle traffic.
- Late vendors will be subject to loading in when market managers allow.
- Vendors showing up late or one-hour prior to event start may be subject to vendor space cancelled.
- Vendors will check-in with event personal at vendor entrance
- Vendors will drive to designated vendor spot, immediately drop tent and products and move your vehicle
to designated vendor parking (Drop & Go). - After parking, you will be brought back to event site by vendor trolley to set up your space.
- All vehicles must be off event site one-hour prior to event start – No Exceptions.
- Vendors must be ready to sell by one hour prior to event start time.
Vendor Parking
- You will receive a vendor-parking pass once checked in for your dashboard.
- One car permitted per vendor, each vendor will receive one (1) parking pass only.
- (LOT ONE) Winn Dixie: located at the top of Rex Place.
- (LOT TWO) Church by the Sea: 495 1037th Ave Cir. Madeira Beach
- You will be notified prior to the event which parking lot you will park in.
- This allows parking for shoppers and participants of the market at and around the venue.
- Vendors parking at Church by the Sea will use vendor trolley
- No handicap vendor parking available on-site
- *ABSOLUTLY NO VENDOR PARKING ON REX PLACE

Follow signage to FREE Hubbard’s Marina Boat Shuttle – Dock located directly in front of parking lot.
Boat Shuttle will run approximately every 30 minutes

City of Madeira Beach Bus will be making a constant loop from ROC to Madeira Beach Fund. Approx. every 15/20 minutes.

Vendor Set Up
- Vendor space is 10’x10’. (Food vendor spacing varies).
- -Tents must have tie-downs/weights (tent stakes, sand bags, etc.) for each corner of tent.
- -Vendors are responsible to erect their own tent and display.
- -Vendor is responsible for all damages caused to tents/canopy’s and products.
- -Vendor spaces are pre-assigned, no changes.
- -A vendor map with key will be emailed prior to event.
- -No electricity available.
- -Only whisper/quiet generators allowed.
- -No vehicles will remain on event field.
- -This is a Rain or Shine Event.
- -No Beverages can be sold unless approved by the Treasure Island & Madeira Beach Chamber of Commerce
- -No Pets allowed on Event Site per City ordinance.
- -No Coolers
- -No outside alcohol
- -VENUE LIGHTING: There are “ballfield” lights at venue. Lights will be turned on at dusk. At approximately
6:30pm the boat parade will leave from the intercostal waterways in front of ROC park. Park lights will be
turned-down briefly at start of the parade. - -Vendors are strongly encouraged to have battery-operated lights for their vendor space.
- -Market managers and the City of Madeira Beach reserve the right to move, discontinue, or limit the
participation of any approved vendor at any time. - -Vendors can use no amplified sound.
Vendor Spaces
-Vendor space is 10’x10’.
-It is up to the vendor’s discretion to have a 10×10 tent or tables only.
– If you are erecting a 10×10 tent you must have tie downs/weights (tent stakes, sand bags, etc.).
-Vendors are responsible to put up their own tent and display.
-Vendors spaces will be assigned by event coordinators. You will drive to your vendor spot, off load and immediately move your vehicle to vendor parking.
-No electric available. Vendors should have battery operated lights for display space.
Vendor Break down
Vendors are required to stay open until end of event.
Vendors must be off premises by 10:30pm each night.
Overnight security will be on-site from Friday the 13th
– Saturday the 14th
Vendors leaving products on-site do so at vendors own risk.
2-day vendors may leave tent in place but must bring canopy down to lowest height.
Vendor trolley will start running to vendor parking lots at end of event time.
Vendors are not permitted to drive onto venue until site is cleared of the general-public.
Vendor Food&Drinks
No dirty water, grease, oil, etc. permitted to be disposed of at ROC Park.
All waste must be taken off premise and disposed of properly.
Vendors must have proper Florida State and County licenses and permits to be eligible to sell.
Vendors meet local health regulations for preparing and serving food.
Vendors do not have electricity or running water available by event management or venue.
ROC Park Lighting
There are “ball field” lights at ROC Park which will be turned on at dusk. At approximately 6:30pm the boat parade will leave from the intercostal waterways in front of ROC park. The park lights will be turned off briefly for the start of the parade. We strongly suggest vendors have battery operated lights for your vendor space.
